Passionate about helping educators, students, and families grow both personally and professionally, Alex has dedicated his career to inspiring students, mentoring teachers, supporting at-risk learners, and building inclusive, student-centered classrooms where every learner feels valued, encouraged, and empowered to succeed.

As host of the Teachers Transitions Podcast, Alex leads authentic conversations with teachers, administrators, entrepreneurs, and career changers — exploring burnout, leadership, reinvention, purpose, and life beyond the classroom.
